Whraxellox provides language tutoring services for adult learners. We offer personalised instruction, learning materials, and educational support. All services are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Payment for language tutoring services is required in advance or according to the agreed payment schedule. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy. Prices may be subject to change with prior notice.
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for unused sessions are available according to our return policy.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually, complete assigned work, and communicate any concerns or scheduling conflicts in a timely manner. Respectful conduct towards tutors and staff is required at all times.
Whraxellox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
